By accessing this website or placing an order with Shanghai Sinoboltco Technology Co., Ltd., you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Quotations and Pricing

• Validity: Due to raw material fluctuations in the commodities futures market (Steel, Aluminum, etc.), all quotations are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Pricing: Prices are based on the specific quantity and requirements provided. Any changes to the order volume or technical specs may result in price adjustments.

2. Payment Terms

• Standard terms are 30% T/T deposit in advance, with the 70% balance paid before shipment or against the Bill of Lading (B/L), depending on the contract.
• For large-scale solar projects or long-term partners, Letter of Credit (L/C) or other flexible terms may be negotiated.

3. Production and Lead Time

• Production starts only after the deposit is received and technical drawings (if any) are confirmed.
• Lead times are estimates. While we strive for 100% on-time delivery, we are not liable for delays caused by raw material shortages, port congestion, or force majeure events.

4. Quality Acceptance

• Products are manufactured according to DIN, ISO, or ANSI standards as specified.
• The buyer must inspect the goods upon arrival. Any claims for shortage or non-conformity must be submitted within 30 days of receipt, supported by professional inspection photos or lab reports.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the replacement of defective products or a refund of the purchase price for the specific items in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as lost profits or installation labor costs.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including technical descriptions, product tables, and site intelligence, is the property of Shanghai Sinoboltco Technology Co., Ltd. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Governing Law

Any disputes arising from transactions shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China and shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts in Shanghai.
