Refund and Returns Policy

At Shanghai Sinoboltco Technology Co., Ltd., we maintain strict quality control to ensure every fastener and hardware component meets your specifications. Given the nature of industrial B2B trade, our policy is as follows:

1. Industrial Inspection Period

  • Quantity & Visual Defect: Any discrepancies in quantity or visible damage must be reported within 72 hours of cargo receipt.
  • Quality & Performance: Technical quality issues must be reported within 30 days, accompanied by professional inspection reports or photos.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Customized Products: Any hardware manufactured to specific drawings (OEM/ODM) or non-standard sizes.
  • Used Components: Hardware that has been installed, modified, or damaged due to improper onsite handling.
  • Large Volume Orders: Bulk orders that have already cleared custom export procedures.

3. Professional Solutions

Due to high international logistics costs, we offer the following professional solutions instead of physical returns:

  • Replacement: Free replacement parts sent in your next shipment.
  • Credit Note: A discount or credit applied to your next order for minor defects.
  • Partial Refund: Financial compensation for verified quality deviations that do not affect safety.

4. Shipping and Duties

If a physical return is authorized by our team, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, export/import duties, and handling fees. Returns must be sent in original industrial packaging.
