1. Eligibility for Return

You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The product you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • You received a different quantity or specification than ordered.

  • The product cannot be used due to quality issues not caused by improper handling.

Conditions:

  • Products must be returned within 7–30 days after receipt (depending on trade terms or contract).

  • Products must remain unused, clean, and in original packaging.

  • Customized or special-order items cannot be returned, unless defective.


2. Non-Returnable Items 

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse.

  • Products altered or processed by the buyer.

  • Products sold under clearance, promotion, or “as-is” condition.

  • Goods without valid proof of purchase or original packaging.


3. Return Procedure 

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our sales or customer service team at sinoboltcompany@sinoboltco.com within the return period.

  2. Provide order details, product photos, and reason for return.

  3. Wait for our confirmation and return authorization (RMA).

  4. Ship the product to the address provided by our team.

Please note:

  • Unauthorized returns may be refused.

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or shipped incorrectly.


4. Refund Policy 

After we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 working days.

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

Note:
For international bank transfers, refund timing may vary depending on the financial institution.


5. Damaged or Missing Goods 

If your shipment arrives damaged or with missing items:

  • Please take photos or videos within 48 hours of receipt.

  • Contact our support team immediately.
    We will arrange replacement or compensation after verification.


6. Order Cancellation 

You may cancel your order before production or shipment starts.
Once the order is produced or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
